2 days ago Logic Pro and GarageBand automatically set the Input Device to the match the selected output device, which you can change if you want to use a different input device. When creating multiple Tracks, you can engage the Ascending option to assign inputs to each Track in ascending order of device and MIDI channel. V-Drums For even more drum like control, you can plug in a set of V-Drums into the iPad. The V-Drums doesn't have a USB out but you can use a MIDI to USB converter, like the M-Audio UNO into the Camera Connection Kit. A Google search will show many MIDI USB devices compatible with the iPad.

Hey man, first off, I hope you found the answer. In case you didn’t, I guess it’s better late then never ? I was messing around with the app today because I had similar problems and was **** bent on finding a solution (which is how I came across this post). And I did (so figured I’d put the solution here too)?.
So here’s what you do:
1. Record whatever track it is you want to.
2. Then go into its settings (the icon with three vertical lines each one intersected at different lengths on the top right area) and then into track settings.
3. Go into Quantization and set it to none.
4. And then under track settings, set the velocity sensitivity to none as well.
This should work ?

Create music like a DJ
Use Live Loops to create electronic music by simply tapping cells and columns in the grid to trigger musical loops. You can build your own arrangements, then improvise and record a Live Loops performance.
